首先谢邀。先简单介绍一下自己。本人从事IT研发，和Global团队共同工作，纯英文环境。

“中国式英语”可能是被诟病最多的问题之一了。那么在回答如果将背变为听和说之前，必须要先强调一下背的重要性。

我在另一篇问答中也强调过这个事情。背，永远是学习一门语言的利器。背的多了，头脑中装的词句的“样板”也就多了，当你要表达一件事情的时候，会有很多种选择。

我们现在在学习英语的时候，讲究“Thinking in English"，就是说要用英语的思维去说英语。而不是把一句话先用汉语的方式想好，再用英雄去“翻译”。那么背是“Thingking in English"的一个捷径，是头脑中“样板库”升级的过程。

那么再回头谈到如何在中国英语教学中将背变为听和说。

中国学生平均的英语能力差不多是这样排序：读>听>写>说。这是与“应试教育”分不开的，可以说是“应试教育”的直接结果。这与中高考的得分比例完全符合。

我们不谈“应试教育”的利弊，我们只说在当下这种环境下，必然会要求学生在阅读上多下功夫。这是无法避免的。

那么对于已经脱离了“应试教育”束缚的英语学习者来说，听和说的重要性反而会在工作中一下变得很高，甚至会超过了阅读。那么在这种情况下，我不提倡完全摒弃背，这个原因前面也讲过了。这里再补充一些。

在提高听和说的过程中，应该与背形成相辅相成的良性循环。勇敢开口说英语，在交流中寻找自身的不足，然后有的放矢地去找资料进行背诵，不停地、反复地背诵例句，直到可以不假思索地说出来，并且可以轻松地按照自己需要的方式进行变换。然后再回到现实生活中去用英语交流。进而达到提高自己听说能力的目的。

而在背的过程中，也不能“死记硬背”，要去理解这句话的语境和上下文。多和英语母语者交流请教，如果没有这个条件也要多和英语好的同事、朋友请教，让他们帮助指出你的不足。

另外，在背诵的过程中，可以采取“讲述”的方法，用自己的理解，自己的语言，用英语尝试把背诵的文章解释出来，这也是一个非常有效的提高口语能力的方法。在单词的背诵中，要格外留意“英解”的内容。因为往往在“英解”中，包括着非常地道的某一个意思的英语表达，而这却常常被中国学生忽略。

总之，我的建议是，不要完全摒弃背。想办法让它成为提高听和说的方式之一才是比较好的选择。
